Before you go

Membership: The membership of NPU-X consists of all persons 18 years of age or older whose primary place of residence is within the neighborhood planning unit, and any corporation, organization, institution or agency which owns property or has a place of business or profession within NPU-X.
Voting: Upon attending a minimum of two meetings in the twelve consecutive months prior to any meeting, each member shall obtain the right to one vote and shall have the right to exercise that vote on all issues which come before NPU-X.
Participation: NPU meetings follow Robert's Rules of Order for Parliamentary Procedure. If it's your first time, it may be worth familiarizing yourself with this cheat sheet to follow along and participate effectively.
